We don’t just leave it up to chance and we want you to love our products.
That’s why before designing anything new we focus on 3 core essentials - simple
creations, quality fabrics and an exceptional fit. Once a product is created, we place it on our “wear wash test & tweak” program for 8 weeks until we can guaranty each of our core product values is met.

However, if you do need to return something please read below:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days starting from the day of purchase. All returns must be initiated within that period starting from the very first day your order was placed.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your order must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was received, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Please note all underwear is exempt from being returned if worn. Nonetheless, if you are not satisfied with your first pair, we will do our best to make it up to you! Contact us and we will discuss a possible solution. 



    Simplifying your life is our goal! You shouldn't have to wait for the delivery of your return to arrive back to us to get another product shipped out. For that reason, we don't accept exchanges and we ask that you place a new order in the meantime while your refund of your return is being processed.



    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.



      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

        Sale items cannot be refunded.



        If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
        If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.



          All returns must be shipped back to 150 Marcel Laurin Blvd, Montreal, QC, H4P2J5, Canada.

            You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

            Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

            If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
